What do your suits cost?
Our suit prices begin at $895 and range considerably based on clients' fabric and construction preferences.
What's the difference between made to measure and bespoke?
Made to measure suits are those created from pre-existing patterns that are altered to fit a client's measurements, whereas a bespoke tailor creates a new pattern for each individual client. Bespoke suits capture the nuance of client physicality and create an otherwise impossibly polished finish.
What are your standard terms of payment?
Once an order is confirmed, we require a deposit. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. We do not collect payment until your garments fit you perfectly.
How long does it take to have a suit made?
The average assembly timeline for our Everyday Essential suits is 20 business days after taking measurements. Our J. Yunger Premiere suits are hand made over four weeks.
Do you have samples of your tailoring I can view before making a purchase?
Absolutely. At each fitting, our clients sample our J. Yunger "try-on garments" which mimic the construction and quality of our personalised, finished products. We encourage you to experience the feel and structure of our brand for yourself before committing to a bespoke suit.
How many fabric option preferences will I be offered?
At J. Yunger, we work with thousands of fabrics and materials. Our world-class fabric suppliers include Loro Piana, Dormaeil, Zegna, and Vitali Barbeis Canonico.
Do you offer an alterations service?
Yes. We offer any necessary alterations for all our garments at no charge to you.
Do you keep my information for future orders?
Yes. Our clients are our first priority. Upon your first order a unique paper pattern is created from your measurements and stored in a secure location. Should you wish to re-order our garments, we revise your personalised pattern and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes. Our services are available by appointment only, and we understand our clients are busy. We make every effort to accommodate your schedule by meeting you on evenings and/or weekends if necessary.
Can I have my suit sent out to me?
Yes, we can ship worldwide. Please contact us for information regarding shipping and handling charges.
Are you in my city?
We currently provide service in Toronto, Ottawa and Calgary and are rapidly expanding the breadth of our market. If you wish to see one of our clothiers in your neighbourhood, please contact us. We may be able to accommodate your location.
